Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

For orders shipped to the United States, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times for other destinations may vary. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

Processing and delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its applicable conditions will also be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
