How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5–8 business days, and shipping is free on every order to all destinations we serve.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact loel@loeldeal.com to start a return.

How do I choose my size?

Our silk sleepwear is sized by body weight rather than measurements. Find your weight in the size chart on each product page; if you are between two ranges, choose the larger size.

How do I wash silk?

Machine-washable styles can be washed cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Dry flat in the shade, never bleach, and avoid tumble drying. Other styles are best hand washed in cold water.
